Jamie Weekes - Owner and Director
Jamie's lifetime love of dance started at the young age of 3. Since then, she has studied at many studios throughout Southern Ontario, and worked with many talented instructors and choreographers.
Jamie has studied with the Royal Academy of Dance for several years, and has successfully completed her Intermediate exam. She is currently working towards her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies, and once completed she will be able to place students in R.A.D. ballet exams.
Additionally, Jamie specializes in teaching Jazz, Tap, Lyrical and Hip Hop. She also has experience in Musical Theatre. Along with teaching studio classes, Jamie has worked with the local CAST Theatre Company on productions such as Guys & Dolls and The Jungle Book. She was a part of two university dance teams, the UW Dance Pak and Waterloo Danceworks as co-captain.
Jamie also works locally in her community, teaching workshops at local high schools and working with students.
